Okay so here is a little critique.
I think it's much to pixelated. If you drew this all on the computer make sure when you open a new document to draw it on it should be at least 400 pixels. I like to work with 600 though. Also the eyes are lovely but too feminine. They should be a little more angular. This might help you out. [link] Of course they don't have to be this sharp and angular. You could have them be softer for a younger look. But if you are looking for an elegant bishie boy you should try to go with a long face, narrow eyes and a long nose. This will help a lot.
